 Gentle Hatha Yoga therapy = suitable for beginners or those recovering from Injury.
 Beginners Hatha Yoga Class = suitable for anyone wishing to learn yoga.
Intermediate Yoga Class = Suitable for those with 1year experience.
Kids Yoga Class = Suitable for Age 5-11years.
Prenatal Yoga   = Suitable for all ladies over 14weeks.
Postnatal = After 6weeks normal birth or 12weeks C-section
